Just want to thank My tub for excellent service. I ordered a part that has now been declared obsolete by the manufacturer and My tub managed to track down the item and get it delivered to me asap. I was kept informed of the status of my order at all times and I feel I should give special praise to Christine who went above and beyond to source my item and complete my order. First class helpful service. I was looking for a part that may companies had said was obsolete, however MyTub, quickly sourced one and dispatched it. From order to delivery, very smooth, simple and straight forward transaction, would highly recommend. Thank you MyTub, without you finding the part I needed, it would have cost me over£5000 to replace my boiler....

the water heater arrived yesterday with major parts missing the metal casing is scratched and dented - the box that it arrived in was very battered and looked like it had been opened and resealed. rang mytub straight away and was told that I would be sent a returns label to return the damaged goods, but I do hope a replacement water heater is also on its way.

We ordered the lavatory pan late on a Thursday and it was delivered early the following Monday morning. Our builder examined it and was very pleased with quality of it. Installation is now complete and I am veery pleased with my new cloakroom. Thank you for your prompt service and delivery.

Order was not delivered on the day specified in the order update e-mail which was very inconvenient as someone had to wait in all day. However when we raised this issue we did receive a quick response and the sink arrived the next day. The sink is great and as described although we were a little surprised that it arrived with no protective packaging. In this instance the sink wasnt damaged but it would be very easy for a sink like this to be damaged in transit without any protective packaging.
