Extremely pleased with the product which is good quality and just right for our needs in the bathroom. My Tub were very good at keeping us updated with when the product was being delivered just a pity there was a bit of a wait for it to be supplied. When it did come it was via a Plumb Store, Epsom lorry which is local to us!! despite ordering from MyTub in Tyne & Wear!!!!...

The delivery arrived eventually although there were some delays caused by a lack of stock and I was somewhat suprised to get a call on the delivery day from The Plumb Centre asking when I would be in to accept the delivery, I assumed that this item would be delivered by post. The delivery was made a couple of days later and once I had retrieved it from the bottom of our recycling bin I was eventually in a position to fit it.
the fitting of the new hinge to the existing toilet set was complicated somewhat by both the new brackets and the screws being of different sizes to the originals. Due to this I ended up having to use both the existing hinge brackets and the existing screws which annoyed my slightly as I ended up throwing away brand new items that I had just bought. Not delivered on stated day 22 Feb but was delivered the next day, and delivery driver apologised for delay. Also, I got rapid and courteous email response when I reported non-delivery. Apart from that , website easy to follow, and price the best I could find....

I originally found someone cheaper but I couldnt get through to the other supplier so I ordered from these guys. However before I ordered I asked them to price match the other supplier but I didnt really receive a price match.
I placed the order on Tuesday and it was supposed to arrive on Friday but it arrived on Monday. But the weather was not ideal so that may be an excuse for the slight delay....
