After some delay in delivery due to being in lockdown and NHS requiring urgency on their washroom needs ,I was eventually given an acceptable date which got delivered as promised , so I am pleased with that . The product a washbasin tap was as requested and looks good . Yes I would deal with the company again as they keep you up to date with delivery progress....

Having waited in all day I received a phone call from the carrier stating that you had sent 1 by 1 unit instead of 1 by 4 pack of water filters. Is this correct. They also state that delivery will be some time tomorrow. Apart from this problem it has been a pleasure dealing with you. I appreciate being kept informed as to order updates

I apologise for the mix up in the delivery I have contacted the branch and they assure me your order has been re-ordered. The manufacturer in error thought there was only item on your order and so only sent us one filter. The branch say they sent the one item to yourself until the others came into stock. Very slow and your updates were a waste of time as they contained no tangable information.
We waited and waited and all we were told was an estimated delivery date andor that our order was overdue. This went on for weeks.
Not very good, doubt Id use you again.

Whilst awaiting obscure none stocked parts so obscure I don't believe another company is selling online we like to keep you informed that we are chasing the manufacture for delivery as they can take some time to come in. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Fantastic communication - so quick - couldnt speak more highly of the service I received.
