There was a slight delay in it arriving but I was kept informed of the situation all along, so it wasnt a concern. Not delivered on stated day 22 Feb but was delivered the next day, and delivery driver apologised for delay. Also, I got rapid and courteous email response when I reported non-delivery. Apart from that , website easy to follow, and price the best I could find....
