Thank you for such a fantastically fast and efficient service. Excellent customer service, kept informed from the beginning right to through to delivery.
The toilet seat is just as described at a good price - received in 48 hours.
Would highly recommend to anyone. ...

Goods received OK but did take over 2 weeks to arrive.
Messages emailed through saying "Delivery: estimated to be confirmed at a later date" with a date is confusing. I think it meant "Delivery estimated to be .. with the date
Did get apology for delay as product was out of stock and when email was received a few days later to confirm delivery goods arrived within a few mins

Hello Paul
Thanks for bringing this to our attention, this has been a recent change to our system. We agree with you that it is not quite right and we have now edited our system so as not to be so confusing.

Received my order earlier than expected - brilliant. First time to have used this
website and if need be will look around again. Waiting for my son to fit the part
but looks the right thing. Thanks Christine!:...
