I was very pleased with the quickness of responses to my queries. A pity that the item has been discontinued and was unable to buy from you. will keep your site on record for any future needs....

Superb service - site is easy to use, emails are informative, and my part arrived in just a few days - massively recommended, especially if - like us - you arent experts in the world of plumbing!...

Only issue was the delivery time.....actually arrived this morning, but that was after I had chased you a couple of times and we were told it would be delivered Monday, and then yesterday late p.m. Would rather know if things are going to be delayed....

I ordered from Finland on 30.12 and had it delivered to my door on 22.1. The shipment was 49 GBP. It was still cheaper then local price here, and I must say that customer support was most helpful within their possibilities.
MyTub, get your international shipment deals better, you have great offer and great staff there, but I cannot recommend anyone from overseas to shop here....
