We have absolutely no complaints whatsoever concerning our dealings with mytub. The item we ordered was obsolete but mytub were very quick to suggest alternatives. We phoned them to order one of them which was cheaper than the one we had ordered and paid for. The balance of our payment was refunded immediately. The item, a towel rail, arrived the next day. From start to finish, we were kept fully informed of the progress of our order. The person we spoke to on the phone was polite and efficient. We can thoroughly recommend this company. I found the service excellent ordering at 2pm and having delivery for 9am the next day, especially as we required the thermocouple urgently, the only thing i would suggest is if the items could have had a picture also just make sure it looks the same because I found with my searches that my particular item varied a great deal for the same model fire and it would help tremendously to be confident of ordering the correct item.
