I don’t normally respond to requests for feedback but I’ve been very pleasantly surprised by MyTub. The website doesn’t inspire confidence looks a bit dated and home-brewed. Indeed I initially moved on to look for an alternative supplier. In the event the service was exemplary. I was looking for an old fashioned brass bib tap without a threaded spout. Never thought I was going to locate one. Eventually found a part number for one and searched on line. Mytub was up there on the few sites providing results, went to their site, bought it and it arrived exactly when Mytub said it would. Its now fitted and weve just had a cup of tea with the water from it. Job done! Thanks Mytub. Ill definitely be using you again....

First-class service : helpful, friendly, personal and effective. My only concern is that basin was delivered "bare" not in a cardboard box, or similar and the protective plastic film that should have protected the edges of the basin was perforated or torn in places it will not be clear until the basin is removed from its plastic wrap whether any cosmetic damage was incurred as a result....
