Thank you for your delivery which arrived on Thursday 21st February. It was a very efficient service when it came through. However I found your information confusing as the picture shown was what I wanted but I ordered the wrong item because it was the first on the list because I had spoken to an efficient operator , Christine,she corrected the mistake. The manufacture does not send us any paper work however there garantee still stands on the Eddy electronic water descaler/conditioner

I received my order on the 7th July, which was the date confirmed. so I was happy with this.
Before I actually made the purchase, I made various queries regarding the product to ensure that it was the right one and Jeannette who dealt with my queries was very responsive, patience and helpful.
