Thank you for your delivery which arrived on Thursday 21st February. It was a very efficient service when it came through. However I found your information confusing as the picture shown was what I wanted but I ordered the wrong item because it was the first on the list because I had spoken to an efficient operator , Christine,she corrected the mistake. Really helpful sales and support staff, only negative is that the three ordered items were each delivered separately. One of the delivery drivers left a message that the item was to returned to depot whereas it had infact been left with a neighbour. Suggest that items ordered together are dispatched together Itll save on your delivery costs an make tracking easier. ...

Although, the unit was unavailable at the time, and the delay was a number of weeks, once informed of the scheduled date, the date was stuck to, and I dealt with well informed staff, and keen to "find out" rather than "fob off" attitude, and they were happy to help. Arrived in decent packaging and kept informed over automated e mails as well as brain behind email when requested for information. Good to deal with....
