I was very pleased with the product but disappointed that it took over two weeks to be delivered. The web site is good and I would probably use mytub again, delivery problems not withstanding....

MyTub provided a very good service for a specialist item keeping me fully informed from the initial order through to deliver, which due to the nature of the item took a few weeks. Would happily recommend this company....

It took just over a week to receive the item, which is quite slow, but the frequent email updates were valuable....

A big Thank you, for the excellent service your staff have provided.
The continuous progress updates regarding the purchase of my Eden Valour stove have been appreciated, along with prompt delivery.
Once again thank you.
Best wishes

Excellent delivery time, easy ordering.
Only comment would be huge box for small item, and no packing materials.
Item was rolling around....

Can not Remember when i placed my order, but i would guess about a month ago. Kept getting e mails saying That the order had a confirmed date of delivery and then getting an e mail the next day saying order hadnt arrived yet and that it was being chased up, day after day of this went by until eventually it arrived.
I appreciate that it seemed that you were having problems sourcing the item, but it just went on too long. ...
