Dear Sir, Free Delivery etc - I think you should indicate on your website what sort of delivery timescale one should expect - when I placed an order with you last night I certainly didnt expect to be told this morning that delivery would be 7 November 2011 ie more than 2 weeks to wait Yours faithfully David Fallon

It is very unfortunate that some manufactures do not keep stocks of all there goods and lead times are long, this is something we have put to them on many occasions. Thank fully these are rare occurrences.

Very happy with price and delivery time. When I tried to pick up at Plumb Center they did not know who you were and denied any knowledge of my order.Web site needs better search and navigation do that you can home in on each product easier....

Delivery exceptional !! Despite awful weather conditions my Water King Sentry was delivered on the day promised. I didn't expect that. also customer services were a pleasure to deal with. The delivery arrived eventually although there were some delays caused by a lack of stock and I was somewhat suprised to get a call on the delivery day from The Plumb Centre asking when I would be in to accept the delivery, I assumed that this item would be delivered by post. The delivery was made a couple of days later and once I had retrieved it from the bottom of our recycling bin I was eventually in a position to fit it.
the fitting of the new hinge to the existing toilet set was complicated somewhat by both the new brackets and the screws being of different sizes to the originals. Due to this I ended up having to use both the existing hinge brackets and the existing screws which annoyed my slightly as I ended up throwing away brand new items that I had just bought. Excellent update system kept us informed as our items progressed towards delivery which was exactly as per quoted date prior to order.
Items were well packaged and in very good condition.
Can find no fault with MyTub from our pre-order queries to receipt of goods.
