Incorrect picture shown against product, resulting in having to phone mytub to confirm correct item would be sent. Helpful sales advisor confirmed picture was incorrect, but right product would be sent. Website was updated and now shows correct picture for product. Items delivered. Would use mytub again....

after placing initial order and paying for it i was then told my item was obsolete my tub dont stock it but they said they would source my item for me which ended up costing me £25 more than mytubs original price. i feel i could have been told before payment that they dont have items in stock leaving me free to look elsewhere or they could have quoted a price items will cost you after they order them in for you first before taking your money. not as cheap as you first appear!!

Hello
Unfortunately obsolete items do not get the price updated so will appear a great deal cheaper than the replacement product.

My order was delivered on time, as per your confirmation email. Your desk top website was easy to use and I found what I wanted very quickly by typing the products name in the search box. I am very happy with your service and would use you again. Many thanks....
