Thank you for very prompt delivery. Only problem was the item which was not expensive required a signiature, very lucky I was just on my way out and did sign for item. I asked for delivery to be placed in secure locatation at the property but was e.mailed regarding signiature being required. Perhaps you could look at this if the buyer accepts responsibility...

When I placed my order there was an initial blip with regard to delay in the delivery date However, this was very quickly resolved. The interest for the customers needs was noteworthy and reassuring.
Two members of the staff need special mention--- Deborah and Christine whose dedication to my requirements was exceptional. THEY ARE BOTH A CREDIT TO THE COMPANY and need recognition....

I needed an urgent part, this part was easy to find on the website which is great! I called and spoke to a lovely gentleman who was very helpful and friendly and he helped me to get the part on order via the website. My part was slightly delayed as can happen and they were kind enough to update me of this every step of the way which was a bonus! In need of a replacement timer for my central heating, I found MyTub offering the keenest price, apart from their shipping cost to me here in France. Not to worry, I found a cheaper shipper and MyTub were more than happy to oblige, including prompt email exchanges to coordinate collection by my preferred shipper.
