After trawling through their website, I eventually found what I ordered. I was instructed to E-mail them to obtain a delivery date. They responded that they no longer stocked that product. However, they offered a similar product. I placed my order. Jeannette and Christine were very helpful. My product was delivered after a few days but it was the wrong size. It took longer than the 3-5 working days advertised.
Both the plumber and tiler had begun working on the en-suite and we thought that we would have to wait a few days for the door but the assistant, Christine very quickly dealt with the issue, ordered the replacement, which arrived the next day. Service was excellent - kept fully informed.
Product fine, except that the Seat Pillars had no screw slot I had to cut my own.

Very happy with the Mira shower fittings plus extra shower head. Despite being the Easter Bank Holiday the delivery was very quick. The prices are very good. I found the team very helpful and would definitely recommend to anyone. I know where to come now in future. Thank you to all concerned.

Yours was one of very few companies offering the pump I wanted, and the only company offering the Pegler isolating valves in 28mm. I have bookmarked you because of the comprehensive nature of your list.
That the valves were a little slow in arriving was no surprise given their apparent rarity and that caused no hold-up in any case.
