The service is excellent, once i have confirmed my toilet seat and paid, the parcel service kept me informed until it was delivered. When order was placed there was no communication from yourselves regarding that one of the items was out of stock and would take at least 4 weeks to get . I only found out from my local plumbers merchant who you tried to place the order with Once I had then emailed youselves a member of your staff think her name was Karen contacted me and once I explained the situation that I needed it the following week , went away and managed to source the item for me. Was very impressed with how the problem was dealt withand items were delivered when promised , but think the webpage product listings should be clearer on delivery times with these sort of items.

Got part but feel delivery cost was excessive it was near as much as the product.
You need a simple postal mail option for small items....
