I am very disapointed by the service you offered to the extent I would postively recommend others not to use your company. To advertise products for sale, then not be able to deliver them till over 30 days after the order has been placed is not acceptable. To insist that when buying two products it is necessary to pay seperate postage on both seems unreasonable. When order was placed there was no communication from yourselves regarding that one of the items was out of stock and would take at least 4 weeks to get . I only found out from my local plumbers merchant who you tried to place the order with Once I had then emailed youselves a member of your staff think her name was Karen contacted me and once I explained the situation that I needed it the following week , went away and managed to source the item for me. Was very impressed with how the problem was dealt withand items were delivered when promised , but think the webpage product listings should be clearer on delivery times with these sort of items. ...
