This order turned out to be a long drawn out affair as I was after a discontinued basin. The first one turned up damaged, the second one was the wrong item, the third one was correct. MyTub kept me fully informed of the situation throughout the process and we got there in the end resulting in my customer being very happy....

In need of a replacement timer for my central heating, I found MyTub offering the keenest price, apart from their shipping cost to me here in France. Not to worry, I found a cheaper shipper and MyTub were more than happy to oblige, including prompt email exchanges to coordinate collection by my preferred shipper. Im really impressed with the service from MyTub. I was contacted by phone and email regarding a problem with part of my order, offering a suitable substitute, and the order then arrived exactly at the time I was given.
I havent yet installed the new sink, but it seems to be good quality and exactly as described. The website was easy to navigate, and I am delighted overall with the excellent service they provide....
