I collected my ordered items from PTS, just around the corner from where I live. Your service has been extremely efficient and reliable. I really appreciate the care that your staff took to identify a way that I could get the items and the courtesy with which they notified me. Bit of an issue with the web site.

Did try to order part from another supplier waited one week only to be told part not available and had been on back order for 3 months.
Contacted MyTub and they had it on the shelf fitted within 5 days.

Very slow and your updates were a waste of time as they contained no tangable information.
We waited and waited and all we were told was an estimated delivery date andor that our order was overdue. This went on for weeks.
Not very good, doubt Id use you again.
