Received my order very quickly. Was kept well informed of the process... Very satisfied with service....

Very pleased with the service received and the prices which were less for the same product ordered a year before from another website. The original delivery had some damage to the packaging of the wc resulting in some minor scratches to the pan. A replacement was dispatched and received within days. Impressive. The missing flush button came from the manufacturer which took a little longer. I would definitely recommend this company....

Brilliant service. Easy to order, came slightly quicker than initially estimated but with confirmatiuon of delivery day by e-mail ahead of the time meant no problem. Price was good, too! Would use you again on this experience....

The pump supplied is the wrong one, waiting for it to be collected and the correct one supplied....

First class service with regular progress updates.
They managed to source a product which none of my local suppliers could supply!!
Well done ... :-)...

We had excellent service from My Tub. From placing the order to the delivery of the bidet everything went as planned.
I only wish other companies we have ordered from recently could have been as efficient. We are very impressed with the company and would recommend you most highly to all our friends.
Regards. Jennifer Lowe...
