Took 3 weeks to deliver. To be fair, communications were good, but for an online seller claiming that items were in stock and delivery in 2-3 days, the overall service was pretty poor. Under the circumstances, i would have expected more of an apology or discount off next order - otherwise i might as well go to my local plumbing centre next time....

Pacakge delivered on time. However, the packaging was opened and in a sorry state when delivered. Lucikily there were no missing items....

Fast, easy ordering and delivery.
AM or PM delivery information is the only thing i could have asked for as an improvement. ...

Good, easy website. Kept informed by e mails about delivery. Came earlier than expected so very good service and would definitely use again....

We are a manufacturing company operating in Australia and we order control components from mytub due to there competitive pricing and excellent service. They offer better delivery times than many local suppliers and are always helpful with any enquires we have.

The service was exeptional. From speaking to staff to confirm the availability of the part to the very fast delivery time i arrived the very next day before 8.30am. Thank You.

Excellent service throughout. Pleasant and helpful staff from initial contact to delivery driver. Particularly impressed by the regular delivery progress reports and the rapid delivery its-self.
One comment you may wish to consider - the delivery note from "Wolseley required a signature confirming that goods were received in Good Condition. This is unrealistic . It would be more reasonable to either delete this statement or give an alternative stating "Goods not Checked at time of Delivery"....
