Good all round service in terms of website easy to use & better than most, keeping me informed on delivery date I didnt have to go checking order status - you sent me helpful emails, product availability, price, and order turnaround....

Towel rails received - very well packaged!
Staff helpful - only problem was delay in receiving goods - marked as in stock on website but turned out to be only supplied on order which delayed things by a couple of months..
Other than that, all good....
