The delivery invoice had an incorrect street number on it but the delivery man used his initiative and called me, so the goods got delivered. Excellent service in terms of updates on the expected delivery date to the store where I picked up the item. The lead time was a bit longer than I might of hoped but I was warned of that as soon as the order was placed and so not a great problem. Excellent value for money - about half the price of other quotes I had for the identical item....

Good customer service and helpful contact - when it became clear you couldnt supply the original panels I wanted and to be honest, I thought they might have been discontinued you offered me options and quickly processed the new order and partial refund.
