Having waited in all day I received a phone call from the carrier stating that you had sent 1 by 1 unit instead of 1 by 4 pack of water filters. Is this correct. They also state that delivery will be some time tomorrow. Apart from this problem it has been a pleasure dealing with you. I appreciate being kept informed as to order updates

I apologise for the mix up in the delivery I have contacted the branch and they assure me your order has been re-ordered. The manufacturer in error thought there was only item on your order and so only sent us one filter. The branch say they sent the one item to yourself until the others came into stock. I would like to highly commend your service. I asked for something a little different, namely shipping items to Australia. Your staff we excellent at organising this. The first courier quote was excessive, but they kindly organised a second, and much more reasonable quote for international shipping. I wonder if it is possible to include an international shipping price estimate in your checkout section.

I recently had a domestic emergency with a broken diverter valve in our en-suite Aqualisa shower. Having done an internet trawl, MyTub seemed to be the only supplier with one in stock, when even Aqualisa the manufacturer had none. Your sales team gave me great advice over the phone and I ordered what I believe was the last one left across the whole supply chain! I paid the extra for next day delivery and hey presto, it arrived as promised yesterday. It was exactly what was required and my plumber fitted it this morning. Job done ....... what else can I say!!! Thank you .... outstanding service ....... Happy Christmas !!!...
