Hi yes I received it many thanks. Only one problem I thought the basin was included! I thought it was a very good price!!! Obviously too good to be true. Ordering was quick and easy, delivery was delayed due to product not being in stock but did not have to wait too long. However it would have been helpful to be given an approximate time for delivery. Christine was very helpful and prompt with reply to give me a time. Thankyou....

I cannot praise the service at MyTub highly enough. I was looking for an obsolete part for a Baxi fire and they were able to onfirm that they had one in stock.
Unfortunately there was a problem with the courier service, but when I contacted Customer Service at MyTub to enquire, Christine chased up the courier and I received the part 2 days later.
I would certainly use them again....
