All stuff ordered arrived as agreed. Successfully fitted. All working. My only constructive comment would be the time that it took to arrive. I am sure that there are good reasons for the elapsed time and I am happy to have waited because he price was good value. However, I did have to flush the toilet with a bucket while waiting. If I had realised what the wait time would be, I might have paid you or someone else more to get the item quicker. I dont remember the delivery time being made clear before paying....

We have absolutely no complaints whatsoever concerning our dealings with mytub. The item we ordered was obsolete but mytub were very quick to suggest alternatives. We phoned them to order one of them which was cheaper than the one we had ordered and paid for. The balance of our payment was refunded immediately. The item, a towel rail, arrived the next day. Good price and delivered within three days as predicted on order. Many thanks indeed. I did really want a couple of the flexi couplings which are listed on the Grundfos literature as an option for this pump. Noone I spoke by phone or online really appeared to understand what I wanted so decided to source elsewhere when I could be more certain of what I would be getting....
