I needed an urgent part, this part was easy to find on the website which is great! I called and spoke to a lovely gentleman who was very helpful and friendly and he helped me to get the part on order via the website. My part was slightly delayed as can happen and they were kind enough to update me of this every step of the way which was a bonus! Although, the unit was unavailable at the time, and the delay was a number of weeks, once informed of the scheduled date, the date was stuck to, and I dealt with well informed staff, and keen to "find out" rather than "fob off" attitude, and they were happy to help. Arrived in decent packaging and kept informed over automated e mails as well as brain behind email when requested for information. Good to deal with....
