The price is better than the local plumbing shops for the items I bought. The delivery time was not the quickest but came when they said it would....

Delivery a day earlier than estimated but cost was ridiculous as it was a special order. I will not do that again. ...

Slight confusion as to which day my order was being delivered, but it arrived very quickly and we are very pleased with the bath at a very reasonable price...

We were let down badly by another supplier and needed our high cistern urgently because we had fitters already on site. MyTub were great - unlike other suppliers, I was able to talk to an actual human who confirmed they had the part and was able to give an accurate delivery estimate, which was a big relief. In the end, they beat their estimate by a couple of days - it arrived the next day. Would totally use MyTub again. ...

Hi
Service: Excellent, I was kept informed of delivery dates, and item arrived early on the day specified.
Product: This was a replacement part for a bolier timer. The picture on your site was the same as the original, but the one sent to me was different. I assumed it was a more recent part, and as it was the same size and had same connections, I have fitted and it works fine. So not an issue at all but might be worth mentioning this on the site, and changing the picture.
Desktop website was easy to use....
