I was very pleased with the product but disappointed that it took over two weeks to be delivered. The web site is good and I would probably use mytub again, delivery problems not withstanding....

Overall, a not very good experience, admittedly dealing with a tricky problem. Let me first say though that the staff I corresponded with were absolutely first rate- a credit to you.
Having said that, It took over two months to locate and ship the part I was looking for, despite having been promised it would be delivered much earlier. Also, the punitive shipping charges meant it was nearly as cheap to buy two as one- so I did. I guess this means you do not want small bits of business.
Finally, and not really your fault, the part I was sent was not a copy of what I was trying to replace. It looks like the supplier has tried to produce a universal part to replace many minor variations on the same theme that have been produced over the years. It did not fit. Order fulfilled quickly and it arrived well packaged delivered by courier. The matrix replaced the original which had developed some hairline cracking. The price was fair and my order was dealt with efficiently....

At first I wasnt going to order from you as I wanted to pay over the phone with a card and I was told your company only took orders on line.
For me thats a pain, I just want to pay over the phone and be done with it. Im still disappointed .
That aside once the order was taken on line all went very well, my order even came 2 days early.

Dear Sirs,
I have now received my order thank you. I did not receive on the day I was originally told it would arrive and did not receive any call to advise me. It was only when I contacted you after 4pm as I was notified due to there not being enough drivers I would not get it. I was then told it would come the next day. When I advised I could not take the order due to work commitments I was asked if i could collect it. I thought this was a bit inconsiderate when I had taken a day off and sat in all day wasting an entire day for nothing. When I asked if it could be delivered Monday as I had a pre booked holiday I was assured it would be with me first thing and it was.
