A very easy transaction and a superb quick delivery, ordered on a Thursday and arrived at 08:30 on the Monday, the day when there had been a significant snowfall..............Well done, highly recommended Company ...

First class service all the way from ordering to delivery, your on line order tracking service is particularly useful.

It arrived when expected albeit a few days later than originally stated. WE were kept informed via e-mail regarding the delay and have no complaints. We await a plumber so. as yet, cannot say whether we are completely satisified. Hopefully it will fit as it is a replacement for a bidet which has been discontinued....

Goods due 05 08 2013. In spite of glitches with this order your customer service has been impressive. You have sourced alternative fittings and I have been kept informed of progress.
Thank you. ...
