Order arrived very quickly. The basket looks good and is now up in the shower. I bought it because it said rustproof and has a 15 year guarantee. It will take time to assess this but Is brass with a chrome finish so it should be fine....

Dear Sirs,
I have now received my order thank you. I did not receive on the day I was originally told it would arrive and did not receive any call to advise me. It was only when I contacted you after 4pm as I was notified due to there not being enough drivers I would not get it. I was then told it would come the next day. When I advised I could not take the order due to work commitments I was asked if i could collect it. I thought this was a bit inconsiderate when I had taken a day off and sat in all day wasting an entire day for nothing. When I asked if it could be delivered Monday as I had a pre booked holiday I was assured it would be with me first thing and it was. I ordered from Finland on 30.12 and had it delivered to my door on 22.1. The shipment was 49 GBP. It was still cheaper then local price here, and I must say that customer support was most helpful within their possibilities.
MyTub, get your international shipment deals better, you have great offer and great staff there, but I cannot recommend anyone from overseas to shop here....

The boiler flue part I ordered from mytub arrived by courier on the promised day and time. However, when I opened the box on the evening I found the part was damaged. As I had not checked the part when it was delivered I was expecting a lot of hassle to get it changed. However, how wrong can you be After just one e-mail to notify mytub of the damage they quickly resolved the issue by delivering a replacement part to me and arranging for the courier to pick up the damaged part, and all this on the day before a bank holiday weekend! Due to their brilliant after sales service and good prices I will use this company for all my future plumbing needs. Companies who treat their customers like this deserve to succeed. Give them a try, Im sure you wont be disappointed.
