It would have been nice to have been told the item was not in stock at the time of ordering.After a couple of conversations about the item I assumed it was in stock and would be posted .

I have only been using a computer fora month so it is all a steep learning curve to me at 80years of age. This was my first attempt to order on line and iwas learning on the go! However I did manage the order "eventually" and found it easy once I mastered the art so your programme must be user friendly or I couldnt have worked it out. I have just made my first successful purchase thanks to the patience of Deborah and Sophie. Have read the previous comments and could not agree more, fantastic place to get really hard to get bits, and once you get used to it, it's better than going shopping in town....
