Very satisfactory. My only complaint, which is about your supplier rather than yourselves, is that they cut my 6m lengths of pipe in half to get them in their van. This means I will have to make extra joints that I had hoped to avoid. Not a disaster but a bit of a nuisance. Otherwise fine. Thank you....

I have nothing but praise for Steve and his colleagues. I ordered a discontinued Ideal Standard bathroom sink from you. Steve called me and advised it might be better for me to collect rather than wait for delivery with the risk of damage. He had already confirmed its condition as 100%. It was not there were scratches and stress marks. Steve then located another for delivery. this arrived scratched. He then located a third this seems to be undamaged. Once again the goods, when they arrived, were as expected but delivery dates slipped a lot from the original date at payment. I was kept informed of the situation and, luckily, I was not desperate for the goods to arrive. It may have been the particular items that I ordered that caused the delay....
