I ordered a replacement coal bed for a Valor highlight fire. Even though the part is obsolete, you managed to get hold of a replacement. We really appreciate the effort in sourcing the part and getting it delivered to us a lot quicker than expected. I was without a working fridge for about a week while waiting for a part ordered from another supplier. Eventually found out that the part was out of stock. Found you guys on the web ordered the part with next day delivery and thank goodness we have cool beers and cold milk. You had the exact part for an old model fire which was great, and from order to delivery was only a few days. Again, well done. The only thing that I struggled with, was the option of collecting from an outlet, of which I think were 755 places. I couldnt find the locations anywhere. Perhaps for trade only All in all great service and would use you again ...
