While I was very impressed with the speed I received the first part I ordered, I actually ordered 2 of them & have yet to receive the second. The delivery note suggested that one was being delivered & one was on back order, but so far it hasnt turned up...

The processing of the order was very good, with excellent communications over alternative parts etc. The delivery cost was astronomical, and when a massive lorry turned up to deliver a single valve i could understand why. The carbon footprint must have been massive too! Why didnt you stick it in the post...

I have nothing but praise for Steve and his colleagues. I ordered a discontinued Ideal Standard bathroom sink from you. Steve called me and advised it might be better for me to collect rather than wait for delivery with the risk of damage. He had already confirmed its condition as 100%. It was not there were scratches and stress marks. Steve then located another for delivery. this arrived scratched. He then located a third this seems to be undamaged. We placed this order on 3 December but did not receive the goods finally until the third week in February. The delay seemed to be largely due to the manufacturer (Twyfords).
However, it was not evident from your website or during the ordering process that these goods were not in stock. Neither was the likelihood of such a lengthy delay in delivery made clear.
I feel this kind of issue ought to be highlighted to potential purchasers in some way....

It was good experience working with My Tub. Customer service always kept me informed of possible date of availability of material and then was delivered too.
MyTub representative was quick to recommend new model as a replacement for an old one.
All in all, will continue to work with MyTub in future....
