I collected my ordered items from PTS, just around the corner from where I live. Your service has been extremely efficient and reliable. I really appreciate the care that your staff took to identify a way that I could get the items and the courtesy with which they notified me. Very impressed with service. Competitive price. After ordering timescale was quoted as a week, after ringing, this time was able to be improved on and get it in time for thw weekend I needed it for. Would definately use again....
