I cannot comment on the basin itself, as the plumber still has to fit. The delivery was exceptional. I missed the van in the morning but the driver put a personal note through the door with his phone number which I called, and he delivered on the way back to the depot. That is terrific service. 22 days from date of order was far longer than expected. Maybe you should indicate that goods are out of stockex stock at the point of order....

I found your staff exceptionally helpful and very pleasant to deal with.
