Goods received well packaged and intact. Because they arrived later than I expected 13 days after order I will not have time to assemble and install before going on holiday so cannot comment on quality of product yet. I would like to pass on my thanks to Christine and Deb who really got me out of a hole when my original order couldnt be delivered for 3 weeks. They made some phone calls and researched their web content to source me a similar looking product and the end result is that I cant tell the difference between the original product I ordered and the alternative that was delivered. The follow up to make sure the item was delivered for my tight deadline was also a huge reassurance and enabled me to sleep! Thank you so much your help during my crisis was greatly appreciated and the end result is perfect, totally spot on. Thank you....

Dear Sir, Free Delivery etc - I think you should indicate on your website what sort of delivery timescale one should expect - when I placed an order with you last night I certainly didnt expect to be told this morning that delivery would be 7 November 2011 ie more than 2 weeks to wait Yours faithfully David Fallon

It is very unfortunate that some manufactures do not keep stocks of all there goods and lead times are long, this is something we have put to them on many occasions. Thank fully these are rare occurrences.
