Thank you for seeking my feedback.
The first time the order was sent out parts were missing. Rather than send me the missing parts (weighing about 200 grammes), you sent an entirely new order in a box which is about 3 feet long and 1.5 feet square. And the courier who delivered it refused to take the old order away.
I am now sitting here with a very large box in my office with a brand new toilet seat in it. I would like to know whether I should dispose of it (rather wasteful) or whether you are going to collect it. Please advise. If you do not tell me what to do, I shall keep it for one more week and will then dispose of it.
As to the product itself, it does not fit the toilet well because the hinges raise the seat too far off the bowl, such that the weight is not distributed arou...

To find and order the product I required on the website was very easy. I was kept I formed by email of my orders progress, quickly being given an estimated date of delivery, which was confirmed by a further email. Product arrived on day advised. I am happy to say that the diaphram washers have arrived at last and they are exactly what we ordered at the start. The wrong washers were sent originally and it took ages for the correct ones to be sent despite the inconvenience of not being able to use the cistern for so long. This has been an unfortunate transaction but probably an exceptional one from Mytubs point of view. Good luck for the future. regards. E S SMITH....
