MyTub have one of the best websites I have ever used. I can find almost anything I need without fuss and without rip off prices. On ordering I was given an estimated delivery date and the day before delivery an email arrived confirming the delivery - this is a great service. In spite of your advice that this delivery required a signature and in spite of my
presence in the house all day on Jan 16th the goods were not delivered.
On the morning of Jan 17th a neighbour brought the thermostats which had been left in their porch in full view and without your delivery man even ringing the doorbell.
We have the items but I do not consider this to have been very good service....

The service was good and I was able to pick up the goods as arranged. I thought it was good to be given the chance of picking up myself, and not having to pay the delivery charge. Parts were as expected - which isn't always the case with online purchases! Also the order was available quicker than expected
