Sir/Madam,
I run a relatively small maintenance company where cost/profit ratio is king. I am also new to "my Tub." I placed my first order, today, over the internet, a lady called me back to ensure I was receiving best value for money for my requirements.
The lady suggested a change which I was very happy with, which means as a result I felt extremely valued and not just a number.

Your service is top notch. Order placed Fri, arrived Monday, with regular updates. SO re-assuring to know that good service still exists out there. Product matched expectation. Delivery was inconveniently delayed but service was exceptional.
I was kept well informed and knew mytub were proactively working to sort things out.
I would definitely recommend and use mytub again....

I placed my order online and was kept up to date with how things were progressing. I received an email to tell me the part was available for collection. However when I went to collect the part it was not available. Apparently someone had sold it. I contacted Christine who reordered a further one. After a week it was still not at the Belfast Depot so I contacted Christine who arranged for it to be delivered to me Free of Charge
