Excellent service. I ordered a couple of toilet seats with lids(TIG1461WH) that were shown on your site as no longer available, however as I was still able to go into the site and place the order I hoped/assumed that the no longer avialable notation was incorrect. I had barely placed the order and received an automated email from you before one of your sales representatives, Laurie, was on the phone explaining the error of my ways and checking stock availablity on two alternatives and which he confirmed you had in stock and that he would subsequently arrange to be dispatched. Very impressive....

DELIVERY PROMPT AS EXPECTED BUT I AM WONDERING WHETHER DRIVER KNOCKED ON MY DOOR, I HEARD THE VAN DRIVE OFF BUT DIDNT KNOW IT WAS THE VAN FOR ME, NEIGHBOUR BROUGHT PARCEL ROUND IN EVENING; I DID SAY IT WAS ULIKELY I WOULD BE IN AND IF NO REPLY TO LEAVE WITH A NEIGHBOUR WHICH HE DID SO THERE WAS NO PROBLEM, BUT SINCE YOU ASKED...................

Good prices but chaotic delivery. First one item had to be substituted and then another was out of stock despite being initially in stock.That was out of an order of only 3 items. All took many days.
