would like to thank mytub for finding the part i needed so urgently it took a couple of weeks for the part to come but was well worth it as it was a very hard part and almost obbsolite part to get thank you mytub .....

While you did not have what I wanted in stock you rang and gave me a date that you would send it after ordering from suppliers.
You further advised it was being sent and the date which I would receive it.
I have now received it on the day you stated.
I must say that your customer service is excellent and top class, and keeping me advised of progress was very appreciated.
I would without question recommend you and will use again if required.

I was very pleased with the product but disappointed that it took over two weeks to be delivered. The web site is good and I would probably use mytub again, delivery problems not withstanding....

DELIVERY PROMPT AS EXPECTED BUT I AM WONDERING WHETHER DRIVER KNOCKED ON MY DOOR, I HEARD THE VAN DRIVE OFF BUT DIDNT KNOW IT WAS THE VAN FOR ME, NEIGHBOUR BROUGHT PARCEL ROUND IN EVENING; I DID SAY IT WAS ULIKELY I WOULD BE IN AND IF NO REPLY TO LEAVE WITH A NEIGHBOUR WHICH HE DID SO THERE WAS NO PROBLEM, BUT SINCE YOU ASKED...................
