Great customer service and quick replies to any emails regarding my purchase. The part was sent out quickly and my boiler is working perfectly in fact better than it did before...

Ordered a bathroom worktop on line. Was advised by email of progress and it was supplied locally and delivered by that firm. Top rate service and keen prices will mean me looking here first for future product requirements. Although it needed a little searching to find what I wanted on the web site, if you know what you want, you can probably find it here....

good service, good price - the only problem being with the firm ( Wolsley? ) that delivered it; I stayed in all day awaiting delivery - only to find ( via Mytub) that they had broken it in loading and hadn't bothered to tell me or you; Mytub good; Wolsley bad.

First class service all the way from ordering to delivery, your on line order tracking service is particularly useful.

Hi everybody
Well i used your on-line chat to correctly identify the part I was looking for & hooked up with Jeannette - who I must say was brilliant. She even e-mailed me a photo of the item I went on to purchase. Brilliant service
