I rang prior to placing my order and was told it was in stock and if ordered would be with me in 2 or 3 working days, I placed the order and was emailed with the confirmation giving a much later delivery date, this was disappointing but I had paid and the price was good so left the order as it was. The screen arrived on Friday as stated and within the time I requested and I am pleased with the item. However because of the delay between when I was originally told I would receive the item and when we eventually did some inconvenience was caused.

The original taps ordered were discontinuid and after searches alternatine replacements bathroom mixer taps from other makes were recommended. It is appreacheated the time and expertise that your staff gave to my enquiry and are to be highly commended. Very happy with the Mira shower fittings plus extra shower head. Despite being the Easter Bank Holiday the delivery was very quick. The prices are very good. I found the team very helpful and would definitely recommend to anyone. I know where to come now in future. Thank you to all concerned.
