i dont have a problem with my tub service is excellent and the minor problem I did have not of my tubs making but that of the delivery company was put to rights by my tub thank you very much....

I cannot praise the service at MyTub highly enough. I was looking for an obsolete part for a Baxi fire and they were able to onfirm that they had one in stock.
Unfortunately there was a problem with the courier service, but when I contacted Customer Service at MyTub to enquire, Christine chased up the courier and I received the part 2 days later.
I would certainly use them again....

Overall, a not very good experience, admittedly dealing with a tricky problem. Let me first say though that the staff I corresponded with were absolutely first rate- a credit to you.
Having said that, It took over two months to locate and ship the part I was looking for, despite having been promised it would be delivered much earlier. Also, the punitive shipping charges meant it was nearly as cheap to buy two as one- so I did. I guess this means you do not want small bits of business.
Finally, and not really your fault, the part I was sent was not a copy of what I was trying to replace. It looks like the supplier has tried to produce a universal part to replace many minor variations on the same theme that have been produced over the years. It did not fit. Excellent value and helpful friendly staff, but i was told i had to pick up from Camden as it was fragile. I then had to wait a long time for it to be delivered to the pick up point, but then , a change of mind and it was delivered direct to my door, so, it was a good service.

We ordered a product from MyTub which was acknowledged immediately. Later the same day we had a message saying it had been dispatched via TNT. When after 4 or 5 days the parcel hadnt arrived. I contacted MyTub, who immediately acknowledged receipt of my email, then later that day replied that TNT had lost the item and they were dispatching another parcel that day. This arrived on the day they had promised. Their service was excellent and I would have no hesitation in using them again, or recommending this company....

Fine except for chaos regarding delivey. Slight damage two flanges bent but hopefully this can be rectfied without returning the goods. Reeserve judgement untill installation....
