My order was fulfilled by Plumb Centre, Reading who not only failed to turn up on the agreed morning, but also sent the wrong sink their picking error - the paperwork sent to them was correct.
However, Jeannette sorted it all out for me and managed the situiation through to a satisfactory conclusion.
Well Done !
As such, I would have no problem ordering from MyTub again....

Good customer service and helpful contact - when it became clear you couldnt supply the original panels I wanted and to be honest, I thought they might have been discontinued you offered me options and quickly processed the new order and partial refund. The service was first class with the item arriving next day. However I do baulk at the price of spares parts, my one tiny item a small 12" bronze body without the flow regulator being 1 16th of the price of a new boiler....
