We have been very happy with the service from MyTub. We had to replace our boiler at very short notice and MyTub had the best price we could find. The service was excellent in terms of delivery arrangements - everything came very quickly and at the time we were told it would come. Also, communications were excellent - none of the usual experience of phoning one person and finding they knew nothing about what youd discussed with the previous person - everything was seemless. The order turned out to be more complicated than I thought, but MyTub stuck with it until I had the items I needed. Their communication was excellent throughout, and I am very impressed with the level of service. I will definately use MyTub again....

The availability and the price of this product was second to none. Sadly the delivery service to the pick up depot was not to such a high standard as this very fragile part arrived in a less than adequate envelope broken despite being marked fragile. This was quickly replaced by you and was carefully looked after at the depot. An extra quid or so on better packaging would be better to speed delivery and reduce returns....

Im happy with the service from My Tub. The team was very helpful in finding an alternative item for me when my original order counldnt be completed.
The team sent pictures of the item to help me make a decision and processed a refund as the alternative was cheaper than my original order,
Very happy with the teams overall service level and would use My Tub again.
