Tub is fine and price is competitive.
But when the final delivery date was updated, there was no email notification. That caught us out as no one was available to bring it into the property. So it was left outside until the evening. Driver was very helpful though and did his best to leave it on the private footpath....

Because my first chimney pot was broken in transit, your very nice gentleman called Steve kept me informed of the progress of my replacement chimney pot which I was delighted to hear. It is now waiting to be fitted

Very competitive on price and excellent customer service , and I got a manufacturers genuine spare so quality should not be compromised.
Delivery was a day later than promised maybe its the Christmas rush, so be careful if your requirements are time-critical no point saving on cost of parts if delay costs far exceed materials savings....

Very pleased with the proffessional service we received for our order. We were informed regualary as to the situation of the delivery and the 3 items were all received on the same date as advised. Would all ways use My Tub in the furture.

Good service.
The pedestal was damaged when it was delivered last Friday - as the driver managed to let it slip out of his hand onto our driveway. However, a replacement was delivered within a few hours.
Overall very satisfied....

Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. I have now received my order thank you. I did not receive on the day I was originally told it would arrive and did not receive any call to advise me. It was only when I contacted you after 4pm as I was notified due to there not being enough drivers I would not get it. I was then told it would come the next day. When I advised I could not take the order due to work commitments I was asked if i could collect it. I thought this was a bit inconsiderate when I had taken a day off and sat in all day wasting an entire day for nothing. When I asked if it could be delivered Monday as I had a pre booked holiday I was assured it would be with me first thing and it was.
