Apart from the very late delivery, which I know was beyond My Tubs control thanks UK Mail, I know it’s a busy time of year but “Next Day” delivery was a full two days late otherwise My Tubs regular communications with me and chasing UK Mail to deliver before Christmas, were spot on. Great prices inc free delivery with excellent customer service.
Order delivered within 2 days.
Unfortunately there was a manufacturing fault with the sink out of My Tubs control . I emailed MyTtub and Christine dealt with the problem immediately and I received a replacement in less than 24hrs. She provided excellent customer careafter sales service and is a credit to My Tub.
Would definitely recommenduse again....

I am happy to say that the diaphram washers have arrived at last and they are exactly what we ordered at the start. The wrong washers were sent originally and it took ages for the correct ones to be sent despite the inconvenience of not being able to use the cistern for so long. This has been an unfortunate transaction but probably an exceptional one from Mytubs point of view. Good luck for the future. regards. E S SMITH....
